# Brand Spotlight: Electrolux

This is the year of reinvention. Each of us has had to change the way we work, live, think and travel. We’ve had to change the way we exist within our homes and the items that exist with us have also seen a transformation. Electrolux is no different.

Electrolux has relaunched as a new brand, focused on developing appliances that create premium, home life experiences. Not only are the appliances set at a new standard of quality, but they are also more sustainable. They are made to inspire culinary creativity and contain innovative technology that will help you reach your greatest potential in the kitchen. Check out some of their new lineup below and the fantastic features they offer.

[**REFRIGERATION**](https://www.tascoappliance.ca/home/kitchen/refrigeration/fridges/counter-depth/ERMC2295AS)

Two options that stood out for us in refrigeration configuration are the [French Door](https://www.tascoappliance.ca/home/kitchen/refrigeration/fridges/counter-depth/ERMC2295AS) and Single Door refrigerators. TemptAdapt drawers now allow for a range of -6 to 45 degrees, and include customizability so you can enjoy your wine, ice cream and cheese at the perfect temperature.

ExtraAccess doors allow for easy accessibility while preserving energy, designed to allow you to reach 75% of your refrigerator contents. The new LuxCool Cooling System keeps food market fresh with consistent temperatures throughout and flexible organization gives you room to store everything you need from platters to wine bottle and birthday cake.

**[GAS RANGE](https://www.tascoappliance.ca/home/kitchen/cooking/range/dual-fuel/ECFD3668AS)**

Dual brass power burners provide efficient, consistent cooking temperatures no matter what you’re creating. For even more flexibility and dinner options like crepes and panini’s, utilize the integrated griddle. Entertain without the stress while cooking on the 6 flexible dual burners. Designed to allow easy adaptable cooking, cook multiple dishes at once no matter what temperature.

[![Electrolux 2021 Kitchen GTM - Final English](https://blog.tascoappliance.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Electrolux%202021%20Kitchen%20GTM%20-%20Final%20English.jpg?width=301&name=Electrolux%202021%20Kitchen%20GTM%20-%20Final%20English.jpg)](https://www.tascoappliance.ca/home/kitchen/cooking/range/dual-fuel/ECFD3668AS)

[**INDUCTION COOKTOP**](https://www.tascoappliance.ca/home/kitchen/cooking/cooktop/induction/ECCI3668AS)

Induction technology is becoming increasingly popular in North America. Designed for safety, induction elements only heat up specific materials – so no more worrying about little hands getting burnt. Electrolux has added Precise Temperature Control which auto-adjusts the temperature you’re cooking at, to easily maintain the initial temperature you set.

The Power Slide feature allows you to easily slide pots and pans to the back burner and will adjust automatically to keep the food warm and ready to serve. A convenient Bridge feature has been added as well, which allows home chefs to connect two cooking elements and cook on larger pans and griddles.
